Lugar has a BA in Communication, a MA in Media Management and a JD from Indiana University Law School,
Indianapolis with the distinction of being elected into the Order of the Barristers. He has been a published writer since
the early 1990s, worked on network television and is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Writers Guild
of America west.
